1. Juice Fasting
Have you ever been on a juice fasting? For those unfamiliar with the term, it means consuming only liquids and not solid foods. By drinking certain organic fruit and vegetable juices, you’ll repair and nourish any damaged cells in your body.
What’s more, you’ll cleanse the organs from your digestive system, protecting it from artificial food additive contamination.
An excellent way to achieve that is by drinking an apple, ginger, and lemon juice. Here’s how to make it:
- 2 tbsp. of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Half a cup of apple juice, pure and organic
- 1 tsp. of ginger juice, organic
- Half a cup of lukewarm filtered water
- Half a tsp. of sea salt
Take a container and pour half a cup of lukewarm filtered water.
Pour the water into a container and add the ginger, lemon, and apple juice. Then, add the salt and mix well. You can now drink the colon-cleansing juice.
Doing this for at least 7 days or up to 28 days will help you eliminate the old fecal material from your body. You can make different juices with your favorite fruits and vegetables during this period which will not only cleanse your colon but also lower your cholesterol.
2. Fiber-Boost Drink
This cleansing method is great for those with diabetes, acid reflux, hypertension, obesity, and eczema. The husk powder it contains is a great source of fiber which increases the size of your stool, ensuring proper and faster elimination.

- 1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar, unfiltered
- 1 tsp.of honey, raw organic
- 250 ml of room temperature water
- 1 tsp. of psyllium husk powder, organic
Just add the ingredients in the water, and stir until dissolved. Drink immediately. Then, drink 8 ounces of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and another one of honey.
